Mickie did a great job of turning an unhappy situation around. Due to a miscommunication with the office about the actual problem, as a drain technician he reported he would be unable to fix the plumbing part of my problem which was very frustrating. When he went to work on the drain he discovered that the source of the problem could be easily remedied with a gasket and I didn't need a plumber or my drain unclogged. He handled my frustration very professionally and despite the mix up, I would totally use Radiant again.
