I have been a customer there for a couple of years. I go to other stores as well, but prefer this store over the others. The staff has been there a very long time and they really know what they are doing. They do tend to get down to the point when you have questions, but that is to find a fix for the problem.. soem might take it as rude or asking the customer to many questions, but I appreciate it. They have always been very honest and helpful. Sometimes we all get a fish that doesnt work out, and they have always been great at taking care of it. I just had a saltwater fish die while in their week warranty and forgot to take in a waters sample. they wrote me up a ticket so I could bring the water back later and not take a dead smelly fish to my daughters game. That was aprreciated, and we got back a couple days later with the water sample, everything was fine and we have a new fish to replace it. Thank You Aquarium World
