Review content:
We have taken all of our cars to Mike for many years. He is always forthright and honest. He has gone out of his way to solve problems with parts, etc. and I never worry about being overcharged. Let's face it, labor is NOT cheap and parts are outrageous, but Mike is fair. He'll give you an honest "heads up" on potential stuff you might be needing, but he NEVER pushes work that doesn't need to be done. They do great work and I have not had a problem with them taking care of any followup or concerns I might have. Mike can come off a bit curmudgeon-like, but he's got a heart of gold. Take time to get to know him and his fascinating life story. I wholeheartedly recommend Mike and Great Bear Auto and recommend them to friends and family all the time without any complaints. Re the "gentleman" who mentioned the staff changes, I have been coming here since 1996/7, and any changes were transparent to me because the level of work has remained consistently high as far as I am concerned
