Easy, fun and guilt-free experience with Brilliant Earth. Myself and my fiance couldn't be more pleased with our elegant new engagement ring! Though hesitant to tackle online shopping at first, I decided to risk ordering the ring over the phone from out of state - glad I did. Not only is the ring perfect, but customer support from the Brilliant Earth staff (thanks Emily!) is excellent and proactive both by email and over the phone. Quick and straight forward getting the ring re-sized a week later. Highly recommended.\r
