Review content:
I saw Dr. O'Connell at PainCare's Merrimack location about three years ago after suffering from chronic pain for several years. It was beginning to become unbearable and someone recommended Dr. O'Connell to me for pain management. This place and Dr. O'Connell were amazing. He actually believed I had pain and knew what was causing it. The next week I went for an injection and felt much better, however, not all the pain was dissipating. For my follow up appointment, I told Dr. O'Connell about this and he tried another procedure a week later. Well, I was almost there, but still not 100%. On the next visit, he captured the entire problem. I had three areas causing the pain. Now, I felt like a new person. Periodically, throughout the year, I go for a procedure and my chronic back pain is history. Over the years, other providers at PainCare have helped me in the same way Dr. O'Connell did. This is the place to go if you have chronic pain because they understand that such a thing exists and do not immediately attribute it to your imagination. They do not get you hooked on pain medication. PainCare now has 12 locations throughout New Hampshire, which makes it very convenient to get treatment. They treat you with different disciplines such a physical therapy, injections, chiropractic, etc.
