CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE - I called to set up a consultation. The woman on the telephone could not handle simple questions. She wanted to book me for an initial consultation four weeks out for potential botox or restylane injections (I found them using the search term restylane but she told me they don't do those although they seem to be using the term to attach people to their office). She gave me a 15-minute slot on the calendar but said to expect to be there around an hour. I asked her what the rest of the time of the appointment would be for in general. She kept repeating herself as if she did not know, just that most people are told to expect their first visit to be around an hour. I tried to ask in a different way how the appt is for 15 minutes but I am to expect to be there one hour and what I can expenct in general, but she just could not seem to handle this question. She kept repeating "most people are told...." mantra. There were more instances where she just could not s
