CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE - I called to set up a consultation. The woman on the telephone could not handle simple questions. She wanted to book me for an initial consultation four weeks out for potential botox or restylane injections (I found them using the search term ""restylane"" but she told me they don't do those). She gave me a 15-minute slot on the calendar but said to expect to be there around an hour. I asked her what the rest of the time of the appointment would be for. She kept repeating this mantra as if she did not know, that most people are told to expect their first visit to be around an hour. I kept asking her how that works since she gave me a 15-minute slot. She kept repeating ""most people are told...."" mantra. There were more instances where she just could not seem to answer simple questions, that had to do with their office policies and procedures in genera. I asked to speak with someone else and got Kelly. I tried to tell her the problems I was having getting some simple questions answered and Kelly interrupted me twice rudely and said, ""How can I help you?"" She told me she was not interested in my problems (she said this!!) and that she felt the other woman had done fine to answer my questions. I felt that if I could not even get straight answers at this beginning level, something is really wrong with the staff there. They were not very bright, not good at basic communication skills, or downright rude. I was horrified within a few minutes of trying to speak with them and it only got worse. Be careful! If the staff members are this bad, the people running the show can’t be much better.
