avoid air pro at all costs!! do not use this company! we recently had them replace existing ductwork for an ac unit purchased from them previously. they subcontract the work. the men they sent out to work in our home smoked and drank, yes drank alcohol on the job! they also left trash in the yard. these men talked freely about their criminal records, including dui and domestic violence. furthermore, when they returned to pick up the trash more than a week later they decided to jump our locked fence when we were not home rather than calling to arrange a time to gain entry to the backyard. as if tresspassing was not enough, they injured one of our dogs while they were in the yard and we had to have him put to sleep. though air pro was happy to cash our check, they refuse to accept responsibility for their negligence. they introduced these criminals into our home. the owner asked to let him handle it so we didnt press criminal charges. of course, he decided to let his wife handle it. she is absolutely clueless when it comes to business and instructed us to sue her. that was her brilliant resolution. these people are the most insensitive, irresponsible, condescending business owners i have ever encountered
