WHAT A TEAM! Absolutly loved these guys. Very professional and gave me a ton of options. I have had pretty much every A/C company in and out of my house and will never call them again because of the service and prefessionalism these guys offer (price is the best also). When they installed the A/C they had to remove the old one. They were in and out. on top of that the owner came by to check it out and see if we needed help with anything else. 3 months later we had a small short and they immediatley came out and worked 2-3 hours after 6 on it and fixed it (talk about customer service). Not to mention when they did the removal and install they cleaned my house and everyone of them shook my hand. I was raised a little old school and a hand shake goes a long way with me. It does to these guys to. As far as rough looking from the previous comment I see, these are hard working respectable guys with families to raise. If you judge based on looks today, good luck. I will not use anyone else when it comes to A/C repair or install and I have been telling everyone about these guys and it's not like me to boast about someone but these guys deserve it and I saw the negative post about them which I know to be false after dealing with them and anyone else would too. *****WE PAID THEM $3500 AND ENDED UP WITH A DEAD DOG AND MAJOR ATTITUDE FROM THE OWNER'S WIFE******\r avoid air pro at all costs!! do not use this company! we recently had them replace existing ductwork for an ac unit purchased from them previously. they subcontract the work. the men they sent out to work in our home smoked and drank, yes drank alcohol on the job! they also left trash in the yard. these men talked freely about their criminal records, including dui and domestic violence. furthermore, when they returned to pick up the trash more than a week later they decided to jump our locked fence when we were not home rather than calling to arrange a time to gain entry to the backyard. as if tresspassing was not enough, they injured one of our dogs while they were in the yard and we had to have him put to sleep. though air pro was happy to cash our check, they refuse to accept responsibility for their negligence. they introduced these criminals into our home. the owner asked to let him handle it so we didnt press criminal charges. of course, he decided to let his wife handle it. she is absolutely clueless when it comes to business and instructed us to sue her. that was her brilliant resolution. these people are the most insensitive, irresponsible, condescending business owners i have ever encountered more
