Review content:
I had a one year lease with them and had nothing but a headache the entire time! They do not keep good records so it is easy for them to screw you out of money. Their maintenance requests were a joke because you had to call SEVERAL times (after you had put in several maint request forms) to the point of yelling (which I never do) in order for them to come and fix your A/C in the middle of July. They don't care about anything but getting you to sign that dotted line. After that, they're done with you. All of the people in the office tell you different things and can never remember what they told you last. They look and talk to you like deer in headlights. This is the MOST INCOMPETENT group of people I've ever had to work with! When your lease is coming up, they do not care if you want to move, resign, or whatever. They act like they didn't realize it was coming up, or they tie you into a longer lease so that ""you don't get penalized"". They are a freaking joke! Once you've moved out and you think you're almost done with them, they will find another way to keep your money that you're owed, or they will make it as difficult as possible to get it back. DO NOT DO business with Triliji Group!
