I have been having my BMW's serviced through Rolfs ever since I purchased my first BMW 525i back in 2005 if I remember correctly. I have since sold that particular car and have owned my 2001 BMW 740iL for 8 years and my 1995 BMW 840Ci for 2 years. They have kept me free of any reservations for taking road trips, which I do throughout the year. I have full confidence whenever my road warrior itch hits me and I have been to SanFrancisco, Los Angeles (many times), Las Vegas and to the Grand Canyon; worry-free.
They have always treated me with respect while providing full knowledge regarding the condition of my vehicle. In addition, they have always let me know what services were priority and which ones still had some time before needing attention. I have always been given the most effective cost condition, if I was in a situation where I couldn’t afford to have everything done at the same time. Rolfs has provided me with the feeling of security and commitment and knowing that I am an enthusiast, they have always treated my vehicles with the utmost respect and care.
The people at Rolfs have gone beyond the call of duty, even working late in the evening and delivering my vehicle to my home to meet a deadline. I cannot count the many times they have provided customer service for even some of the littlest, yet important things, to show their commitment to me. They’ve provided courier service when I had no means to pick up my car and allowed me to park it in the security of their gates. I highly recommend everyone to visit Rolfs Import Auto Service because they will always take care of you. Once you are in their care, you will be hard-pressed to ever go to a dealer again.
