Review content:
I have been a regular customer here for over 3 years. I visited on 10/7/13 and was appalled by the service and the way my friend and I were treated. I arrived and sat at a table, Lana Amer (waitress) approached our table and upon looking us over, decided we had to prepay our dinner. I have lived in this neighborhood my entire life and have never heard of such a thing. I questioned the ""prepay policy"" and asked to speak to the manager. The manager on duty took his time coming over and was having a lengthy discussion with Lana. I became upset and got out of my chair and approached the pair. The manager had the audacity to repeat exactly what the waitress stated that there is a ""prepay"" policy at Tonic. At the end of our meal, I approached the manager again and asked if it was also policy for Lana, the waitress to only visit our table once and never return. I was forced to reach out to another waitress who helped us. I WAS NEGATIVELY STEREOTYPED - something that has never happened to me. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! I will also make sure that everyone I know never returns to this restaurant/bar. I AM DISGUSTED!!!
