Well, I waited a MONTH for an appointment at 11:15 and 11:30 for my two boys. At 12:45 they were still waiting to even go back to a room. I called to find out why and how much longer, I even pointed out that they had called to confirm I would be on time, and I was early! The two ladies that were working the phones put me on hold, bounced me around from person to person, clinic to clinic in hopes that I would give up. I spoke with JR the supervisor. He apologized and said he would get them seen right away. They put them in a room at 1:15... a FULL 2 HOURS after our appointment the Dr. FINALLY saw the boys. The immunizations took another 20 minutes. Stay away from this place at all cost! Even on Medicaid, it isn't worth it!
