I found Shanna by searching for 'hair color specialist'. My current hairstylist had given me lopsided, gothic black hair and I didn't trust her to fix it. After seeing all the impressive reviews for Shanna, I decided to book with her. At my appointment, she was very straightforward about what to expect with my hair. She was able to lighten it by a couple of shades, which made all the difference. She also cut my hair and was able to take out a lot of weight from the 'shelf' of hair I always had from my other stylist. I am so glad I've found Shanna and I highly recommend her, she knows hair.
