After signing the payment forms to ok the costs of the x-rays (you have to do this before they do anything common practice I guess but it gets worse) They confirmed that he needed surgery and that he needs surgery now. But first here is the cost, 1200 to 1800. Reasonable I admit but again, they need payment BEFORE the surgary can be done. After wasting 45 mins the vet stated that maybe they can take half as a down payment and will check with the owner. I stated great, I can give you half now and when the transfer takes place I will give them the remainder then. This dog is our family dog who has 2 little girls who love him dearly please let the owner know this. The vet came back and coldly stated, No the owner of St Paul w
