Review content:
We had a plumber come out to check on our leaking toilet. He looked at it and said it wasn't leaking. We told him to unseat it anyway and we'd replace the hardwoods under it and then he could come back to replace it. It was completely rotted underneath from a leak. He was still emphatic that the toilet wasn't leaking.
Same week we had the HVAC service visit come out. That went well but we had to replace a unit. The guy who came out to do that was nice enough but shared a little too much personal info with me. When I asked him to check the lines because we thought they were clogged since there was dripping from the roof and a sink was clogged -- he repeatedly said they were fine. They were not. Our sink overflowed over the weekend when we were out of town. We had to have Frymire come back out to blow out the lines. One sink was covered (the one that was clogged) however, one of the other sinks was not. It looked like a sewer exploded all over our bathroom. We had to replace toothbrushes and everything else. Disgusting, but fixed.
