Review content:
DNB Services is a dirty company that scams honest people and colludes with thieves like American Home Shield by fabricating lies that allow AHS to get away with warranty coverage. \r
\r
They did to us what they did to others who have written reviews here by claiming that the air vent in our attic wasn't installed according to code. As a result of their comment, AHS refused to fix the water heater, which is why we placed a work order in the first place. We did not buy DNB's malicious claims and got another company. They said the attic vent was good and conformed to code. AHS of course chooses to believe DNB because they have a vested interest in not covering fixing our water heater. In summary, DNB is owned and run by a bunch of money-hungry dishonest crooks. If you give them business, you're doing so at your own risk. \r
\r
And by the way, to those of you who have a home warranty, know that you can refuse a com pay that's assigned to you and can request another to handle a work order.
