I got a Spa Finder GC I was happy to find a salon so close to my house (in Coppell, TX) that would accept it. I booked an appointment they put me with a Guy named "Blue" I spoke to him about my hair and what I wanted, I have been getting highlights for the last 15 years my hair is a dark shade of blonde pretty easy huh, well no, it was not I was truly unhappy. I called to complain to the owner and couldn't get the person on the phone the front desk girl told me in this case they have where the client is unhappy the same stylist had to see and fix the problem. I was not sure if that was a good idea but I respected the fact they are attempted resolve this matter. I made the appointment I had to wait another week meanwhile I have a bad highlight job and I am in a position where my Image is really important. I show up for my appointment and the front desk girl tells me I have an appointment for a Highlight but NOT A REDO. WHAT? are you joking? She said hold on let me ask BLUE. I said let speak with the Owner she said he was not available. What a joke!~ Don't waste your time and money you'd have better luck anywhere.
