Review content:
Had my carpet installed with them... Well they contracted the job out to GMA construction. Huge mistake going with Home Depot!!! They were 1 week late for my measurement, 2 days early on the install. Got it all wrong, then no-showed on me twice (after I paid to put my dog in doggie daycare) for the correction/finishing job. Many emails (and now 3 months later on a 1-day install) and my carpet stairs do not match the rest of the house and I'm still stabbing my feet on carpet tacks. At least the other mess-ups were fixed (which is good because they actually posed a danger to us and weren't corrected for over 2 and a half months). No one wants to remedy the situation and reimburse me properly.
