Why is it when I need something from a big home store and compare between Home Depot and Lowes, Home Depot is always the loser? Let's see, could it be HD employees who when you ask them for help, they say, "if we had it, it would be over there somewhere" and wag a finger in a non-descript direction? Please, I didn't come to the employee without looking around first - - I came to you for some genuine help with my question. Stores should not hire employees who don't know their product or stock and who aren't willing to put customer service at the top of their list.
