HALEY BARNSON- DO NOT GO TO HER. I do not recommend trusting her with your hair. Haley has no work ethic and does not stand behind her work! Due to applying the bleach to the front of my hair first, the front was super light compared to the back. When I asked to see my hair before she washes and dries it, she replied rudely ""We need to hurry"". No, we need to make sure I am happy with my color! After leaving the salon and thoroughly looking at my hair and seeing the drastic difference around my head, I called and asked if she will please put a toner in so it is even. She told me she would call me back the next day. I never heard from her so I texted her and politely asked if she has had time to check her schedule. No response. I called multiples times. No answer. Finally I called off of my work number and she answers! But after hearing who it was, she said she was at work and will call me back after work. I was calling about a work related inquiry, why would she need to call me back after work? And of course, no call back. Luckily Groupon stands behind their service and gave me a refund!
