Greg McCanliss is not a good project manager. He failed to keep to the schedule for repairs, did change orders without consulting with the client. He failed to order necessary parts which extended the job. He failed to schedule his sub-contractors properly. They would show up when they were not due to and showed up on one day when asked not to as we had another commitment. I would call him and tell him about damage done by his sub-contractors or work that they failed to do. I had to call twice about these issues. We hired PDR on 4/11 and they finished on 6/6. Other contractors say this should have been no more than a 10 day job. We paid PDR and 2 weeks later McCanliss calls and says he forgot to take pictures. He shows up and says that we owed another $1,000.00 due to his mistake on his addition.\r
I will never, ever hire Paul Davis Restoration again and will tell anyone who asks to not hire this company.\r
