Review content:
Totally irritated and will never go back. I use my laptop for work as so many do these days. I took it in on a Tuesday and was told 2-3 days tops and I should know if it could be fixed or not. Didn't hear anything from them on Wednesday or Thursday so I called Friday. They told me they'd look at it for sure that day and I'd hear back at some point Saturday. Saturday came and went, no call. Monday, no call. Tuesday, no call. By Wednesday morning I'd had enough and drove over there. I was informed that they were still ""looking at it and it would go under the microscope today for sure."" \r
It sat in that store for 9 days and they hadn't even looked at it nor called me to tell me there would be a delay. So, I took it back and will be going elsewhere. There's a week and a few days that I'll never get back. Thanks, M&M Computers!! Idiots!
