Review content:
I moved to this complex during June of 2013. On the very first day I killed 13 ( yes I counted) roaches. I also saw several spiders. The apartment was extremely dirty, neither the washer nor dryer worked, and I was missing my fire extinguisher. On the first day of July, I paid my rent. On the fourth , I had a knock on my door stating that I had not paid them, and that I owed the rent plus a late fee. I produced my receipt and was told to call back the next day to sort it out. I went to the office the next day and was told that I hadn't paid Junes rent. ( June was my first month on the property. I paid first month before moving in.) I assured them that I had paid both months, and although they eventually found the receipts for my money orders from the first month, they asked me to find the stubs and track them. Eventually, after much stress, they found the money orders from June and explained that they had processed them but they weren't posting to my account. They eventually set my account to a zero balance but I don't recommend moving into a place where the rent you've paid suddenly disappears and magically reappears once you have evidence. \r
