Review content:
I went as a first patient only because it was close to me. I went in and was informed I had several fillings on both sides of my mouth, either new cavities and fixing old fillings. Now I wonder if I really needed all that work! Anyway I elected to have it all done at once to get it over with. After the cleaning I was given a sheet that my costs after insurance would be $109.00for the 5 filings (thats about right based on my co-pay). I had the work done and my whole mouth was frozen so I couldn't talk. They took my card and ran it for $214!?!?!!??! I went home and called back when I could finally talk. The office staff said they would research it...of course NEVER got back to me. I finally raised a stink and they said the charges were correct even though I had a sheet from them saying $109. The said they would refund the difference in the form of a check as a courtesy???!!! but I NEVER got it!!! I was so disgusted. After I tried to inquire about the check later they act like they have no idea what I am talking about. There is nothing I can do other then NEVER go back and warn other people that they overcharge and lie. My new dentist even looked a little stern at the ""work"" the dentist did but didn't want to be unprofessional and bad mouth another dentist!!! stay far far away!!!
