Drs. Joe and Linda are great, but they are clearly not on top of what the staff are doing. Also, though the office denies it was a recent change, sometime in the last couple of years they joined the ""Renaissance Provider Network"" which all of a sudden denied our access to a specialist we've been seeing for a long time (they were ""Independent Provider Network""). So use caution when signing up for this practice if you have existing relationships with specialists! I agree with previous reviewer that since Dr. Lane left, things have gone downhill. In December, Dr. Ponce was so anxious to leave at the end of the day, he missed a critical diagnosis, blowing off as the flu a serious lung condition that landed a family member in the hospital two days later. Dr. Sam has a terrible bedside manner too, IMHO. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful, but largely, customer service is horrible. The Pouzars need to clean house.
