I have been using the same plumber in my home for years but after a bad customer service experience on his last visit I decided to find a new plumber. I saw the great reviews for Dial1 and decided to give them a try when my kitchen faucet started leaking. Not only did they come out the same day but my technician James B. was second to none. He was polite, professional, explained my options clearly and did his best to reduce my overall costs. He even went above and beyond with helping me find another company to replace the rotten wood which resulted from the leak. I would highly recommend Dial1 Plumbing. They are a company that really stands behind their 100% satisfaction guarantee.
