Showed up for appointment on time; provided detailed written estimate; Started the project on time and did a good job. Painted the interior walls, doors, and ceilings. Repaired eaves and fascia, repaired roof, repaired and stained the fences, and did some landscaping. Also did some plumbing and electrical work. Refinished 2 tubs and a shower pan. Replaced the carpet in 1 room. Re-grouted and caulked 2 bathroom walls and re-finished some cabinets. After the buyer inspector gave us his report, we hired New Era again to do a few other minor repairs and sold the house just 2 weeks ago. New Era’s prices were good too.\r
