Terrible, stay away. This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. The A/C was out for two summers in a row; the maintenance department worked on it every week and could never get it to run for more than a few days at a time; it was often hotter in my apartment than it was outside. The part of the A/C unit that is inside is hanging in a closet above the hotter water heater; so when my A/C started dripping it shorted out the hot water heater causing it to catch on fire; luckily I was at home and able to put it out before it could cause any major damage. If you live on the first floor like I did then whenever someone else clogs up their plumbing it will cause a back-up into your apartment first. The dumpsters are almost always overflowing with trash. The outside lighting around my unit was almost always out; so if you get off work late at night have fun walking in the dark. And the girls in the office can't help you with anything.
