Ok, maybe not the worst mall ever, but this mall is pretty bad. It has hardly any stores worth shopping in, and even those aren't great alternatives compared to what you can find in Belle Square or downtown Seattle. For example, the Factoria Mall has a Nordstrom Rack, but compared to the downtown Seattle Rack, the merchandise seems suburban and there isn't as much variety.
Also, the whole Factoria area is mobbed during the middle of the day with office people getting lunches and running errands, which makes driving around the area extremely frustrating and crowded.
The only reason I would go to the Factoria Mall is if I already happened to be in the area and needed to buy something urgently.
