Our furniture was going from NJ to Ok. This company was 26 calendar days late to deliver and on the day they were supposed to deliver they called to say the truck broke down and were unable to give a new delivery date. They attempted to charge more than the original quote on the contract. Over the course of several weeks, I left messages for the supervisor and he never once returned a call to discuss their late policy. They do not honor the stipulations in the contract that they provide. They are not even aware of what's stated in their own contract. I had to point out that 1 flight of steps ( up to 16 steps) was included in their service quote after Stephanie (customer service person) insisted that they charge for stairs. They were so undependable, unethical and aweful that we had to rent a Uhaul drive over an hour and a half to get our belongings back from their parked truck. They were only willing to compensate about 13 dollars a day for each business day they were late. I had to fight tooth and nail for that minimal credit. They held our belongings hostage until we paid a balance. This company cost us of thousands of dollars in poor communication, travel expense, headaches and ultimately never delivered their service in full as we had to retrieve it ourselves because they were so undependable.
