Certified relocation did a great job with our move a couple of months ago. The customer service was professional, and the moving crew came on the time, handled our things with care, and got a fairly large household of stuff moved. I also appreciated their system of taking an inventory in advance so that there were no surprises when it came to price. more

We hired them to move our office equipment and they knew how to handle our stuff well. They packed all the electronics, moved everything with great care, thank you also for such a fast service - it was really important to us. Thank you! more

They started my moving experience by being 3 1/2 hours late picking my stuff up. I was making a long distance move so when I arrived at my new address, I was gived a delivery date. The driver called and changed that time to a later delivery time. Then he moved the delivery time out again. Finally they arrived to unload my house hold goods and I found that the mattress and box spring had dirty hand prints on them both. My dresser had a chunk missing from it. Many of my dishes and glass ware were broken. My step stool had been used by them and was filthy, One of the movers was bringing in a load of my boxes and the dolly tipped over and my stuff crashed to the floor. It has been a really bad experience. I would NEVER suggest anyone use this company. more

I moved on 8/10 and I decided to move in last minutes. They took my request right away and I could even change the time very last minutes. They were so quick and very reasonable!! These guys are great! Got to our 3rd floor apartment (no elevator) 10 minutes early. They worked tirelessly until we were all set into our house. Took them 4 hours, and the place was 30 minutes away. most reasonable pricing out there by far! They got straight to work, all fit guys, and got the job done. Would recommend them to any of my friends, and use them again in a heartbeat! more

We were very satisfied with our move. Everything happened on time and was completed quickly. The three men who did the move they were polite, hard working, clean cut, and careful in making sure there was no damage. The moving equipment, truck, furniture blankets, etc. were clean and well maintained. Also, the price was very reasonable. more

Great moving service - hardworking professional and sweet team. They packed everything, took apart furniture, then put everything back together. At the end they tore down the empty boxes to reuse and collected all the paper. Highly recommend and will definitely use them for future moves more

Here's another satisfied customer. Yes there are many other movers that offer cheaper estimates, but I am not sure if they can provide the same level of service. I asked if the guys could take off their shoes to keep the house clean. They said no because of a safety reason, but instead they offered to use Carpet Shield to cover the floors. It worked out well. more

From customer service to execution, Certified Relocations did truly a great job, making a potentially stressful experience totally seemless. They took care of parking permits, packed the kitchen which we hadn't finished packing, in spite of that were faster than their initial estimate, did not damage a thing, and tried to make sure everything was in the right place at our destination more

Our furniture was going from NJ to Ok. This company was 26 calendar days late to deliver and on the day they were supposed to deliver they called to say the truck broke down and were unable to give a new delivery date. They attempted to charge more than the original quote on the contract. Over the course of several weeks, I left messages for the supervisor and he never once returned a call to discuss their late policy. They do not honor the stipulations in the contract that they provide. They are not even aware of what's stated in their own contract. I had to point out that 1 flight of steps ( up to 16 steps) was included in their service quote after Stephanie (customer service person) insisted that they charge for stairs. They were so undependable, unethical and aweful that we had to rent a Uhaul drive over an hour and a half to get our belongings back from their parked truck. They were only willing to compensate about 13 dollars a day for each business day they were late. I had to fight tooth and nail for that minimal credit. They held our belongings hostage until we paid a balance. This company cost us of thousands of dollars in poor communication, travel expense, headaches and ultimately never delivered their service in full as we had to retrieve it ourselves because they were so undependable. more
