Started out loving the office, Dr.Hartsfield was awesome, but officer manager is rude and they did not stand up to their end of our agreement for spaying my dog. I was NEVER told if it was not done by 6 months that the Puppy Plan did NOT cover it, as we only agreed via phone to go with this plan...nothing in writing. The rude and unprofessional office manager would not even comprise with me and meet me in the middle as this issue could be considered as both sides as fault. She took no ownership of the issue, even when I relayed the exact conversation! She continued to say no no no, she needs a lesson in customer service! The client is not always right but neither is the business....they have lost my business, I am beyond angry @ how I was treated!
