I had a great experience with Vladimir buying vanities for three bathrooms in Abilene, Tx. No problems beautiful.\r Here is the nightmare scenario in real life. I need 3 commodes call for Vladimir and get someone named Alliona. The commodes come. Too small. Need to be returned. I had already picked out 3 other commodes from Décor. The cost to return 185.00 plus 20% restocking fee. I agree. Their return policy says nothing about returning products on a palet. Décor classifies the commodes as vanity to save shipping costs. The shipper doesn't know this. Ali tells me I will be called by the shipper when she comes to pick up the commodes. The shipper calls and says Décor has told her to pick up a vanity. I tell her do you have the right address. I have commodes to pick up. 9 total pieces repacked in their original boxes. The shipper says she won't pick up the commodes because she was told to pick up a vanity. Ali tells me since you told the shipper they are commodes and not a vanity It is going to cost you more to return. I got blamed for telling the truth and my commodes are still sitting in the living room. This was in March 2013. It is still going on. Décor Planet never contacted me when they received the merchandise and the tracking #'s say they got from Texas to Brooklyn. I have not gotten a refund, a call, a response. World MasterCard classified their actions as dishonest, I have had to get an attorney. My attorney said the shipper wouldn't pick up the commodes to protect herself from liability and fraud. This is the dark side of Décor Planet. Make sure you know every single detail and get it in writing like I have to protect yourself. They will not protect you. I have read the reviews of other Décor Planet sufferers. This isn't a rare instance where the merchandise is returned and the consumer is left without a refund. Check out all reviews and listen to them. \r Ali tells me they classify the commodes as vanity to save shipping cost. This is the red flag that I should have paid attention to. Did the shipper know this? No. She refused to pick up the commodes. Wise decision on her part. Have an attorney standing by.
