This is an honest business that can actually repair vehicles correctly. They probably charge the same as a dealer, because most repairs seem to be assigned ""standard times"" to fix and they probably charge the same rates.\r

Shreve takes the time to make an accurate assessment of the problem, to call you with an explanation and the cost of repair, and to let you decide whether you want to go ahead - without any kind of pressure. No nonsense about ""extra problems"" they found that need ""immediate attention"". \r

You get to work with the same people, not the service-manager-of-the-day. The main intake guy is Bill. He is great. You'll enjoy dealing with this company and can also feel confident they will do the work correctly. They usually get the car back in one day.\r
