I totally agreed with the review for Budget of Paramus DBA. Terrible experience had at Budget Truck Rental in Rochester, MN ( Rochester Tire and Auto). We booked four months and even reconfirmed it a week ahead. Two days before I called to get more information of our truck, the dealer, Dick, said ""You have no truck for you"" without any explanation and apology. Then, somehow I talked to their area manager ""Joe"" in Denver who said he would have a truck for us on the day as we reserved. The day I showed up at the rental shop, there had no truck for us. What a SCAM, Budget does to customers every time ((changing or cancelling your reservation without any warning and calling). Don
