I had never had a transmission repair done before on my Jeep Grand Cherokee so I didn't know what to expect or what went into a transmission repair or rebuild. David walked me through the entire process helping me to understand what would happen, what parts would be replaced, my warranty, etc. Everything went very well for my first transmission repair here at this shop.
