We have not used an exterminator in the past due to budget limits. I contacted Angie's list and got some names. Bulwark was highly rated by consumers.I gave them a call.\r

The person I talked with on the initial call, explained their services- twice- since I wanted to be clear about what was provided. The person was friendly and very willing to explain their services- no problem.An estimate was given over the phone by square footage of the house. Angie""s list had rated them ""A"" for price and that was a winner. The price for the initial visit was $95 because we got there name from Angie's- great discount. They will come every two months and spray the perimeter of the house at a cost of $65 a visit. They will leave an invoice to let us know they were there. The chemicals do not hurt animals . We have dogs.If at any time we have any other problems, they come and take care of it- more pests inside or out. The price seemed very, very reasonable for the services!!! An appointment was made within a few days for a tech to come out. The tech called before he came and was on time.\r

Steven, the tech who came out, was professional, friendly , and answered all questions. He showed me exactly what he would be doing that day and future visits. He was very polite , took shoes off as he entered our home, and seemed genuinely engaged in providing services, keeping our home bug free. Steven was very informative, straightforward, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Thanks Steven! and thanks to Bulwark for good services and fair prices.
