Review content:
I took my 13 year old Subaru Legacy in for head gasket work recently. The service manager was on top of his customer service game. He kept me updated daily as the project unfolded. I also had brake work done. Even though they had found things that also needed attention, he contacted me before proceeding. Lee's Summit Subaru was very accommodating and courteous to my needs by providing me with a rental and finding ways to get me discounts since my repairs ended up being more extensive and thus costing more. Very considerate of my budget... Since I was spending so much money on this I was also enrolled in the rewards program which will get me free services of my choice in the future. They gave me points towards this repair, so I already qualify for some substantial services. Lee's Summit Subaru had already won me over for oil changes based on their friendliness compared to the other Subaru dealerships in town. I live in KS and go out of my way to get there for my vehicle needs. I feel good about my recent repair. They deserve 5 stars but I didn't want to seem like a fake review that people would just skip over. Thanks for reading and I hope this has been helpful!
