This place they claim to be iin business for 50 years..... The manager Oscar is a crook.... Two month ago I pawned my 18k gold Chaim when i went back to retrieve it did not notice till the following day that this was not my chain .... Suspecting something was wrong I called them told them; they said i would have to come in with any claims but before that I went to two different jewelry stores in the area and they told me this chain was 14/12k ... When we took it back to this Oscar "" the manager"" of this place if you can believe it. We give him the chain he enters the back room and in a matter of seconds comes out with a different chain which looks more like mine and in fact when tested there was 18k and the weight was the same that was listed on the paper.... Be aware of these crooks!!!! you may have gone there in a time of need with you diamonds thinking these people are trustworthy and probably got zirconias back !!!!!!
