I happen to be out of the country when the ac broke and my wife handled the situation based on some recommendations. The bill was significantly over the price of the item replaced. I was shocked. I asked the lady to a least give me a break with the ""travel charge"" (since there were plenty of deals going around such as groupon) but to no avail. I have worked with other companies that have been very reasonable. I am just trying to offer a good balance so people know the facts before making any assumptions as per previous reviews.
