Dr. Susan Hardwick-Smith is amazing. I came on board skeptical and not expecting them to live up to what they claimed to be. My first appt had some kinks but the whole office bent over backwards to make it work. That meant so much. We sat in her office and just talked for 30 minutes or more before we went any further. We discussed my options *together* as a team.I was down to two options. She encouraged me to first explore the less invasive option that would not have put one dime in her pocket. (it would have meant going to another doctor) While I was a good candidate for that procedure, its not what I chose to do. Dr. HS wound up doing the surgery I desperately needed. It was just as complicated as we both knew it would be all along due to my past medical history. Dr. Hardwick Smith was wonderful and the surgery was flawless. Dr. HS painstakingly answered every question both before and after surgery and addressed every fear in this whole process. Dr. HS is one of a kind. \r
