I had been in contact with other local dealers to purchase a PriusC and trade in my car, but could not get past the hard sales and hidden cost BS.
Starting with their web site and dealing with sales, service and even management personnel gave me confidence that I was dealing with the best. This was confirmed by an admission of an error on a quote and by saving me almost $2000 !!!
I live in Liberty Lake and will travel to CDA ANYTIME in the future for sales and service on my new car and future purchases!
