Just wanted to give a shout out to the crew on my move 8/7/2013. They did an excellent job wrapping and protecting all of my furniture. They explained to me everything that was going on step by step. My sale rep explained to me that should I have additional items that are not on the list that I would pay more and that is understandable. I did have additional charges , but I was OK. I was going to pack my own TV but in the end asked them to do it and they did for extra money but I new that it would be protected better if they did it. Thanks so much for making this move a smooth one for me and I will definitely recommend you guys to my friends and family! Thanks you Costello and crew and Michelle you gave me all the details and were right. I appreciate your honesty and being straight forward. I was skeptical but you reassured me that I am in good hands and I was. From move out to move in Excellent!!!
