Review content:
My husband bought me a dryer as a surprise as ours was broken. He paid to have it delivered, installed, and the old one hauled away. They delivered it and then the installer told my husband he 'couldn't install it as he didn't have the right tools.' He offered no recourse to my husband other than stating my husband had to call a plumber, at our own expense to install it. The installer left, stating he'd be back to pick up the old dryer that same day. When the plumber from another company arrived, he alerted my husband to the fact that the installer left the gas ON. Further, the plumber stated how easy it would have been to install the new dryer had the Dick Van Dyke installer had a wrench. The installer has YET to pick up the old dryer after numerous attempts by my husband to have him come get it. FURTHER today, when they FINALLY arrived, they had the audacity to state they were going to charge us a fee of 39.00 after this fiasco. The old dryer is still in my basement. They have not apologized for exposing my family to an open GAS line. They have not offered to refund the plumber's fee. They have not called to apologize for our poor experience. They have not offered to refund anything. I just got off the phone with them again. Now, they are going to 'research' what happened and call me in the AM. I do not suggest this company. At. All.
