We have been going to this vet for approx 2 years even though not convienant to our home. The practice is under new ownership - they did not notify customers of ownership change- I found out the hard way when trying to get my dogs Rx filled. The Rx was supposed to be honored until next yearly exam (6 months from now). The staff and vet Dr H refused to fax over a refill permission to 800-Pet-Meds. He even lied to the the woman who called to verify the Rx, stating no refills were available (I have copy of Rx that says 1 refill available). That came down to a technicality "he did not write the prescription..." well technically that is correct he did not write the prescription but another Dr. B that used to work there did. The vet (Dr H) screamed at me on the phone about how I can't tell him how to run his business, he would not do business with 800-Pet-meds. Basically staff implied that 800-Pet-Meds fills their medicines with something other than real medicine. I told him
