Review content:
Professional and courteous guy shows up for AC repair. In about 2 minutes he determines the electrical switch is off in the furnace closet. He flipped it on and everything was fine. (We accidentally turned it off somehow).
He gave me some tape to cover the switch and checked if the unit was cooling. He might have been there 10 minutes tops.
Charged me for the service visit $100 and an additional hour of labor.
They had the opportunity to really make a customer for life and screwed it up.
