My normal shop wasn't able to obtain the tires I wanted and after reading a few online reviews I elected to use Tire Pros as an alternate.
Overall I was very impressed with their service. They were able to accommodate an appointment for all new tires within 24hrs and matched the price of a competitive quote I had. Lifetime rotation for the tires was also included which is nice.
If I had to caution anything I would say that their team was more in tune to the tires they kept in stock than other tires that were available in the market.
In other words, if you do your own tire research you may find a better tire for your vehicle than what they might have on hand. I suspect that would be fairly common for most tire shops though.
All in all I'd recommend Tire Pros and wouldn't hesitate to come back again.
