I live in Houston, and everyone at Blue Science seems to go above and beyond what is consider normal in service. I moved in to my house and needed to learn how everything worked and they were all so helpful. I recently had an incident where one of my skimmers got clogged, and initially they could not get out here until Monday. I had a big pool party last weekend for my daughter, and my niece was counting on me to use the pool for Saturday. The technicians (specifically Jesse in my case) squeezed me in to the schedule to make sure the pool would be available. With customer service the way it is today, these guys truly exceed any expectations you might have. I would not use anyone else.
