While we've had good experience with the sales side, our first visit to the service side was not so good. First, there seems to be confusion with the staff about whether you need an appointment (this was an oil change). I called to make one and someone said I didn't need one. When my wife showed up they said she did. Second, the woman who was waiting on my wife seemed rude and annoyed that she was actually there. Next, while they did do the oil change the front desk forgot about her and did not call her to the front desk for close to four hours. According to the mechanic's report he finished his work within 2 hours. That was a two hour wait for nothing. Fortunately, they had donuts so my wife didn't starve. And again the woman who was at the counter did not seem to friendly in resolving the issue. Once brought up to the service manager he refunded her what she had initially paid for the oil change. So that was good. However, on looking over the mechanic's report it was obvious that someone had also forgotten to tell the mechanic that we wanted a tire rotation. Now we have to make a separate trip for a relatively simple procedure. 1 star for the mechanical work. 1 star for the manager's refund. Lets hope next time works out better.
